Running a wedding timeline on your own during your wedding can be an overwhelming task. Let us help take some of that stress away with our Wedding Coordinator service, performed by Team Lujan's Carla Cueva. She is attentive, a perfectionist, and officially certified as a wedding planner!

We take the "Day-Of Wedding Coordinator" services and go beyond that.

Carla would start working for you well before the wedding in preparation, and not only on the day of the wedding. Instead of limiting this service to just one day or month, we would be of service from the time you hire us to the day of the wedding.

 

Throughout the entire process, Carla will have your back! Just consider her your personal wedding coordinator!

No limits on phone calls and Zoom meetings (pending availability), starting as soon as we sign the contract!

• Gather information with our online questionnaire.

• In-person meetings in the last month before the event (pending availability).

• Vendor recommendations and referrals.

• Timeline review/creation.

• Meet you at the venue walk-through (pending availability).

• Wedding rehearsal management.

• Day-of service starts two hours before the wedding, and ends one hour after the wedding.

• Placement of your wedding items, including small items like framed photos, table signs, signs on easels, card box, welcome table items, guest book, votive candles, table numbers, name/place cards, favors, and other similar items that are ready-to-place. (*Decoration not included.)

• Time/schedule management for the wedding.

• Vendor management for the wedding.

• Line up your wedding party for the ceremony processional, and for the reception introductions.

• Pack up your small items in to the appropriate vehicle or venue storage location.

• Handle any conflicts or changes at the wedding to the best of her ability! You enjoy your wedding while Carla handles everything behind the scenes.

Note: For decorations, like handling of flowers and flower arrangements, greenery, floating candles, etc, we can offer this for an additional rate.
