Running a wedding timeline on your own during your wedding can be an overwhelming task. Let us help take some of that stress away with our Coordination service, performed by Team Lujan's Carla Cueva. She is attentive, a perfectionist, and officially certified as a wedding planner!
We take the "Day-Of Coordination" services and go beyond that.
Carla would start working for you well before the wedding in preparation, and not only on the day of the wedding. Instead of limiting this service to just one day or month, we would be of service from the time you hire us to the day of the wedding. You can call Carla your Wedding Coordinator.

Here are some things that Carla can do to help out with your wedding!
No limits on phone calls and meetings. She is available starting the day that we sign the contract if you want to have a meeting or ask questions.
Gather information from you with our convenient online questionnaire.
Vendor recommendations and referrals.
Meet you at your venue walk-through (pending availability).
Be there at the wedding rehearsal to help guide your wedding party with the line up and walking down for the processional.
On the wedding day, she will ensure that the wedding sticks to the timeline, and to make sure that the vendors are all on the same page, on time, aware of the timeline, and able to work together as a wonderful vendor team.
At the ceremony, help with lining up the wedding party and guiding them for the processional.
Line up the wedding party for the reception introductions.
Be present for the entire event and will take care of any problems that may occur to the best of her ability (broken glass, last minute run to the store, etc.).
Carla will make your wedding day timeline based on your vision, with as many revisions as needed.
She will contact the vendors before the wedding to ask questions and share the timeline with them.
Small Item Decor Setup
Carla will help with decor set up of small items that are provided by you, like candles, table signs, place cards or seating chart, signs on easels, welcoming table items, etc. (Carla will not be able to move large objects herself for liability purposes).
She will light the candles if provided by you.
After the wedding, she will help with packing up the small items and loading them in to the appropriate vehicle.
