WEDDING COORDINATOR

* Carla Lujan as your wedding coordinator! Before the wedding: * No limits on phone calls and video/in-person meetings. She can offer advice and suggestions based on many years of experience. * Free use of the company’s mobile planning app to gather information from the couple and create a detailed day-of timeline. * Provide vendor recommendations and referrals. * Review vendor and venue contracts. * Be present for vendor and catering meetings to be your support and ask questions you may not think about. * Send the timeline to all vendors two weeks before the wedding and introduce herself as the coordinator and main point of contact. * Joins you if you visit your venue for a walkthrough. * Is present at the wedding rehearsal to help guide the wedding party with lineup and processional details. On the wedding day: * On-site coordination with a team of two (Carla and one assistant) beginning two hours before the ceremony, and staying one hour after the event. * Our team of two will make sure the event is running smoothly while simultaneously ensuring a positive experience for you and your guests.  * Placement of limited items: Table numbers, card box, guest book, welcome sign, seating chart sign, and memorial pictures. Not included: floral or greenery decorations and arrangements, centerpieces, arches, drapery, floating candles, and other similar decorative items. * Manage vendor communication to ensure seamless timing and collaboration. * Welcome guests as they arrive, show them where everything is, and assist with questions. * Organizing the family and wedding party for the ceremony processional lineup. * Oversee the timeline, keeping track of time to keep all events on schedule. * Round up and line up the wedding party for the reception grand entrance. * Handle behind-the-scenes logistics and problem-solving to the best of our ability, including making decisions for any needed changes on your behalf, if needed. * Pack up the items we set up in the same container they arrived in.
